- Creatine. Glanbia reports 73% retained at 12 months for CreaBev, an encapsulated creatine monohydrate, in water at pH 7 with UHT processing. This is a supplier study with data on file; the full protocol and storage temperature are not disclosed on the page. It does not establish a 12-month value for regular creatine or every drink. - Probiotics. Table 2: B. coagulans LBSC DSM 17654 in sterile distilled water, pH 7, at 25°C. Mean counts fell from 8.51 to 8.40 log10 CFU/mL at 360 days. Our calculation, 100 × 10^(8.40 − 8.51), gives 77.6%. The paper’s 98.57% relative viability uses a different, logarithmic-count metric. Authors reported no statistically significant change. - Vitamin C. The 2025 food-for-special-medical-purposes shelf-life analysis estimated 20% vitamin C loss at 12 months in non-acidified liquids stored at 20°C with nitrogen flushing. The chart shows the corresponding 80% retained. Other temperatures and formulations gave different results; this is not an average for all gels and drinks. Water, temperature and formulation can change what lasts. Ingredient research guides our design; every finished blend needs its own evidence.
Creatine
Creatine can break down in water over time. Acidity, temperature and water activity change the rate. Keeping it dry until use avoids months of contact with the fruit base.

In water, NMN degradation depends on temperature and pH. Research supports controlling moisture and heat. This is ingredient research, not a promise about a finished Knead-It formula.

The cap separates moisture; it does not insulate against heat. Limiting sunlight exposure depends on the final package materials. Temperature, light protection and shelf life all need verification in the finished pack.

I wanted
a better routine.
I was already grabbing a fruit purée pouch every morning. My supplements took more work: scoops, pills, mixing and cleanup. I wanted a routine I could stick to without adding another task to the day.
The idea was simple: put the supplements into a habit I already had. The challenge was keeping sensitive ingredients dry until it was time to take them.
That became Knead-It. Dry actives in the cap. Fruit purée in the pouch. Mix when you’re ready. I’m building it around a straightforward standard: protect the formula, make it taste good, and make it easy to stay consistent.

What exactly is Knead-It?
Knead-It is a supplement-pouch concept we're developing: dry ingredients stored in a cap, separate from fruit purée below. The intended experience is to release the powder, knead the pouch to mix, then remove the cap and enjoy.
Can I buy it yet?
Not yet. We're developing the formulas and packaging and gathering feedback before launch. This site is for product previews and launch updates. Orders are not open yet. We will share confirmed availability when we're ready.
Are the formulas and ingredients final?
No. These are directions we're exploring, not finished formulas or medical recommendations. Ingredients, amounts, flavors, instructions, and which products launch will depend on development, testing, and regulatory review.
Is the purée organic?
Our development target is an organic fruit-purée base. Final sourcing, certification, ingredients, and labeling will be confirmed before launch. The concepts on this site are not certified finished products.
Why are the powder and purée separate?
Ingredients such as creatine can be less stable in wet formulas, depending on the formulation and storage conditions. Our cap is designed to keep key actives dry until mixing. The shelf life and retained potency of our finished products still need testing.
